Returns can only be accepted for faulty or damaged goods that are reported with 14 days of receipt.  Returns cannot be accepted for incompatibility issues due to DVD or BluRay region coding. Please ensure that your equipment is capable of playing the described region code before purchase.

Q.How can I add or remove the subtitles from playing on my DVD?
A.To add or remove subtitles please press the subtitle button on your DVD remote control.

Q. My DVD is displaying 'Wrong region' or a similar message when I try to play it?
A. The DVD you have received is a region 1 or 4 import as advertised on ebay and requires a multi-region DVD player as stated. To check if your player can be easily made multi-region please check the following website and enter your DVD make and model number.

Q. I wish to return my DVD as it is unwanted?
A. Please file a return item case with ebay stating your full reason for return and confirmation that it is still factory sealed. Refunds cannot be given for items where the factory seal has been removed (where applicable).

0	Informal term meaning worldwide. Region 0 is not an official setting; discs that bear the region 0 symbol either have no flag set or have regions 1-6 flags set. 
Region 0 is commonly referred to as "Region Free", especially when talking about DVD and Blu-ray players.
1	United States, Canada, Bermuda, U.S. territories
2	Europe (except Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus), Middle East, Egypt, Japan, South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Greenland, French Overseas departments and territories
3	Southeast Asia, South Korea, Republic of China (Taiwan), Hong Kong, Macau
