Faulty Items
Any faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours so that we can provide you details on how to send it to us. If after checking, we do find the returned goods to be faulty or damaged, we will process an exchange or a full refund (including the P&P paid on the auction and postage costs for sending to us).

Please note that the refund does not include the P&P costs paid on the auction or any postage costs for sending the product back to us.
