Please notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt. This is very important! We will begin the process to have the merchandise returned within 5 days of notification. Damaged Merchandise presented for return, must be accompanied by a copy of the original shipment receipt. Please take precautions against additional damage to the merchandise you are returning. If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase….

If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e. - you ordered it and then decide that you don't want it), you have the right under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, to cancel your order. Please email us confirming this. You must inform us within 7 working days after you receive the good. If you cancel using these rights you are liable to return the goods at your own cost.

If the contents of the package is not what you ordered….

If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), please accept our apologies. We will accept full responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. Just follow the directions for returning the product. See condition of returns below.

Condition of Returns

Please email us and let us know you wish to return part or all of your purchase. Explain the cause of the return. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number and the transaction ID number you received from Worldpay when you placed your order.

For undamaged items, they must be in the original box with the security seal intact and with any other materials that came with the item. The product must be received in MINT RESALEABLE CONDITION. Please Pack Properly!

For damaged items being returned, the packing policy above applies to prevent further damage.

When shipping merchandise back to us, please use 1st Class Mail or registered Mail. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions concerning the return.

Credit

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your paypal account will be credited appropriately and you will receive email confirmation of the transaction
