Delivery

Items are dispatched Monday - Friday.  All items paid for before 3pm will be sent the same working day. 

UK

All of our items have two delivery options for UK Customers, Standard and Express.   Most items require a signature on delivery (Some smaller and less valuable items will be sent without need of signature to keep postage cost down).  If there is no-one available to sign for the item(s) a Card will be left explaining what procedure to take next.  Our delivery timeframes are below:

Standard = 2-3 working days (approx)
Express = Next working day Guaranteed 

International

Our International deliveries will be sent via International Signed For Airmail (Some smaller and less valuable items will be sent Standard Airmail to keep postage cost down).

Once the item(s) has left the UK it will then be passed over to your local Postal Service for delivery.

Delivery timeframe Europe:  5 - 7 working days (Approximately).
Delivery timeframe Outside EU / Worldw7ide:  7 - 14 working days (Approximately).

Tracking

Standard items are not fully trackable Door-to-Door.  They are Signed for on delivery to confirm delivery only.  Express items are fully trackable Door-to-Door.  

International Signed For items are given a tracking number which can be tracked upon leaving the UK and then tracked on the corresponding countries postal site once it has been handed over to your local postal service.

Once the item is shipped we will add the Tracking Number (if applicable) to the sale once for you to view in your account pages.

Combined Postage Discounts

We offer combined postage discounts on all our sales.  The applicable discount will automatically be calculated and deducted at the end of the checkout procedure.

UK:  Free for any additional items.
International:  £1.99 per added item

Paypal (UK and International)

Immediate Payment must be made at the Checkout via Paypal once you have finished shopping and finalised your basket.  Your total price will be calculated at checkout including any postage discounts.

Credit/Debit Card (UK Only)

Payment can be made via Credit/Debit once you have finalised your basket.  Once you have finalised your basket and want to pay please call us on 0161 637 8094 to pay quickly and securely over the phone.  Please quote the Ebay Sales number so we can find your transaction and ensure a speedy payment.

Postal Order (UK Only)

Payment can be made by posting the postal order the address provided at checkout.  Please make all Postal Orders made payable to A&A Sports.

Returns

We are happy to accept and refund any unused items/Goods deemed faulty on inspection from ourselves within 28 days of receipt with all original tags and packaging intact. 

You can now send the items back fast and easy with our simple returns process.

1. Request a return via the Resolution Centre
2. Package the parcel ready for return including original delivery note with completed return reason on the Delivery Note.
3. Attach the pre printed return address label provided on the Delivery Note to the return parcel.
4. Take to your local Post Office and get a proof of posting receipt to cover you in the unfortunate event of any loss in the return process.  We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss if you cannot provide proof of postage. 

Do not put directly into a post box, as the item will not be returned. 

Royal Mail returns can take up to 10 working days to arrive.  They will be processed and refunded within 24 hours of receipt.

There will be a small administration/restocking fee of £1 for the administration of the return.  In the event of a faulty item return this fee will be wavered.  Please note that this returns process is only available to UK clients and this return service is not applicable outside the UK.  The buyer must pay for any returns from outside the UK.
