Postage and packing:
All P&P to the UK is free. Goods can be sent by recorded delivery which is £1 extra or special delivery which is £6 extra.
Overseas shipping: Standard p&p is free. The international signed for delivery method, is extra and cost depends on the size of the parcel.
Payment
All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (£)
For UK purchases: Payment by paypal, postal orders and personal cheques is accepted.
For overseas purchases : Payment by paypal only, we cannot accept international money orders or cheques.
Non-payment of items purchased will be reported to Ebay
Delivery:
Shipping times vary, but we endeavour to send goods within 10 - 14 days. we will send you an email when your item has been dispatched.
If an item will take longer than 7 days for dispatch, an email with an estimated despatch date will be sent to you, once you have placed your order.

We sell only genuine Nao figurines direct from Nao, all are first quality in the original Nao box.
Refund and returns policy
We accept returns* within a 14-day period for a refund/exchange. no exchanges or refunds after 14 days. all returns must be approved before being returned or they will be refused. email us for approval. All merchandise must be returned in new mint condition (including the Nao box) with all original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Do not ship a Nao without packaging it in a outer carton or we will not accept it. note: Nao serial numbers must match original shipment for refund or exchange. Unfortunately we do not refund shipping charges. Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made. We will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs (if your item shipped free we will deduct the shipping charges incurred by us) and processing / admin fees.
Nao sculptures are subject to a 25% restocking fee. there is a £10 processing fee on all returns.
Damaged merchandise:
In the event that your purchase was damaged in transit please follow the instructions, which are included with your shipment. Do not throw away any packing including the outer carton as this will void any claims. Damage claims must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving shipment or your claim is invalid.
Site errors:
We reserve the right to make corrections on any item. in the event a piece has been described incorrectly or priced incorrectly we will email you with details. we will not process any order where a error has occurred.
