Items are accepted for return within 14 days for any reason. N.B. if a returns request is not logged within 14 days then a credit note or exchange will be the only option available. Please email me to let me know you are sending the item back prior to returning for this reason.

All returns will initially be offered an exchange, if an exchange is not required then a refund is not a problem. Please bear in mind that return postage costs are non refundable and any exchanges will incur an additional postage charge.

Please enclose a note with the return so we know who the item is from. Please do NOT write or deface the box in any way as the item needs to be in a re-saleable condition

The refund process can take up to 28 days. During busy times it can take us up to 7 days to log returned items and then a further 7 days after you have opened the returns request to process your refund. The whole process does rely on replies from our email and realistically can take upto 14 days to complete.

Occasionally items do get lost in the post. However we obtain proof of postage for EVERY item sent and all items are insured against loss. In the event of a lost item we will send a replacement as long as we have one or offer a refund / exchange

Items sent by Royal Mail are not considered lost until 15 working days have passed

Items sent by Airmail are not considered lost until 25 working days have passed

Items sent by courier are fully trackable and therefore should be able to be tracked in the event of non delivery
