When sending payments PLEASE enclose the order/reference number to ensure we match your payment with your order

We will dispatch orders within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment, Monday to Friday 

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's First Class service.  For larger orders, these will be sent via Courier service.  Please allow extra days for large items that are sent out via Courier

Should your item arrive faulty or damaged then we will exchange the item or send a full refund upon return.  However this must be done within seven days of receipt unless specified
