Returns Policy:
We are committed to you being fully
satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason,
you would like to return any unused products, please
follow the guidelines on the reverse of your
invoice.
Items must be returned within 28 days from date of
purchase. Items must be returned with all their tags
and in the same packaging they arrived in. We will
need your name, order number and details of the item
you wish to return, plus the particulars of any
exchange required.
Upon inspection of returned product, We will issue a
full refund to the PayPal account used for the
purchase less the original delivery charge. Any used
items will be denied a refund and returned to the
customer at his/her expense. Warranty items are
subject to inspection and only eligible for repair,
replacement or disposal.

How to Return an Item:

All you need to do is complete
the returns form which is located on the reverse
of your delivery note

Peel off the address label
-
Package the item up and enclose the
returns form within the box or package you are
returning back to us.

Stick the returns label to the
outside of the package you are sending back to us

Send the item back to us
Items should be returned via a
tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail
recorded) to enable your item arrives back safely.
All exchanges will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd
class, unless otherwise agreed with a customer
service advisor. We cannot accept responsibility for
items that are not returned by recorded delivery.
As soon as we receive your item back
we will process your request and advise by email
once complete, exchanges can take 3-5 working days
to complete from the date of receiving items back
Please note we do not offer a free
returns service, customers are responsible for all
return postage costs.
