Returns and Refunds Policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded in full for the product you return as long as we receive it within 14 days of your delivery and it is in the same condition, complete with all accessories and packaging, as originally supplied. The refund will usually be applied in the same manner as used to pay for the order but may in some circumstances be issued by cheque. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to be processed. If you do wish to return a product, all customers must send an e-mail (stating item number, and buyer user ID) to our customer services team at info@stationaryengineparts.com where full instructions for return/refund will be provided. Stationary Engine Parts Ltd will not refund any return carriage costs. All returns should be sent by traceable mail insured to cover the full retail value of the item(s) being returned. Stationary Engine Parts Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit from the Customer to Stationary Engine Parts Ltd. This returns policy excludes alternators, automatic voltage regulators (AVR’s), and specially manufactured or custom cut/prepared products including but not limited to materials taken from bulk quantity rolls such as sheet gasket materials, pipe, tube, drive belting, cable and specially mixed paint(s) / colours.
