Items are accepted for return within 7 days for any reason. N.B. if a returns request is not logged within 7 days then a credit note or exchange will be the only option available. Please email me to let me know you are sending the item back prior to returning for this reason. All returns will initially be offered an exchange, if an exchange is not required then a refund is not a problem.
