Having had a varied career, mostly in administration for many years, it was around March 2009 that I found myself without a job to go to. Being over 50 at the time (and I still am!) I realised I might have to fend for myself in future. SO - I began the business with a couple of items to sell on ebay and it snowballed from there! Now there are 3 family members involved at some level in the business.

The RRP Discount Store has a mix of many different kinds of products as you will see. Many are from wholesale suppliers in the UK. Many are from shop or company liquidations, store returns, bankrupt stock or excess stock etc.

We go for popular brands and ALWAYS genuine items. We buy from impeccable sources, avoiding anything where the origin or authenticity is uncertain. Discounts can be up to 75% from the Recommended Retail Price.

The RRP Discount Store stands for exactly that - you can buy at cheaper, often much, much cheaper prices in my ebay shop. I am always willing to negotiate too. If you see an item cheaper elsewhere, just ask if I can do better. If I can I will!

Shipping:

DESPATCH TIME

We pride ourselves on our fast customer service and aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday. Most orders are despatched same day. You will receive an automatic email from eBay when your item has been despatched.

UK DELIVERY

Royal Mail delivers most of our items. Please choose your preferred postage option, both Standard post and Recorded Delivery services are offered. Standard postage is cheaper but if you select this service you accept responsibility for chasing up lost items yourself. If you prefer the slightly more expensive, but safer, Recorded Delivery service, we will assist you in the event of a lost parcel. Royal Mail do not lose many parcels fortunately!

If you select Recorded Delivery service you will be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

Large items are delivered by courier, usually DHL or HDNL.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

We ship to anywhere in the world! If you don't see your country in the drop down list, just send us a message requesting a shipping quotation and we will quote you on shipping costs either with or without tracking.

We prefer to send parcels using a tracked method of postage. However, as the tracking costs £4.25 for overseas, if you will take responsibility for loss yourself, we will send by ordinary airmail.

LOST PARCELS

If you have selected standard postal services to the UK or overseas – chasing up lost parcels will be your own responsibility. If you have chosen a tracked delivery service we will assist you in the event of a lost parcel. Tracked deliveries are the safest delivery service.

Please pay for auction items within 3 days of purchase. If this is not possible, please contact us to discuss a solution.

For “Buy It Now” items, immediate payment is required.

Payment can be made by Paypal, Postal Order or Cash on local pickup for some items (in our showroom.). Bank transfers are also acceptable.

Combined Postage Discounts

For multiple purchases, just ask us for a quote, indicating the items you would like to buy. Combining purchases can save you a lot of money in postage costs.

As “Buy It Now” goods require immediate payment, we will refund the amount of postage which is over and above the amount agreed for combined postage. This will be refunded to your paypal account.

We aim to process returns within 24 hours of the item being received.  Returned items must be unworn or unused and returned within 7 days and we'll refund the cost of the product.  Please return in the original packaging with any labels intact. The post and packing element of the payment will only be refunded in the case of defective goods or in “item not as described” cases.

Please note underwear, men's and boys swimwear, wigs, hairpieces and pierced earrings are non-returnable. Women's and girls swimwear must have the protective sticker intact.

Please send a note with your return stating your name, address and which item you are returning and the action you would like us to take. If you request an exchange please indicate which size you require.
We cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage.
