PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be made within 7 days of winning bid or Buy It Now. We accept Paypal or personal cheque. Paypal payment is preferable and helps to speed up the ordering process. If paying by personal cheque or Paypal eCheque, payment must clear before item is dispatched.

A payment dispute will be raised to any non-paying bidders if payment is not received within 7 days unless contact is made within this time. If payment is not received after 7 days, the winning bidder will be reported to eBay.

SHIPPING

We aim to have all orders shipped within the 3 working days.
We ONLY deliver to confirmed address'. Unconfirmed address must be proved.

RETURNS

Faulty item(s) may be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery - failure to contact us regarding any faults within this time will void any refund. Items are sold in tested/working condition unless otherwise stated. Any items returned as being faulty must be returned at buyer’s expense. Any returns will be fully tested/checked/verified and if deemed faulty, as per buyer's description, a full refund will be given excluding any return shipping costs.

Items listed as faulty, incomplete, spares/repair, damaged, untested or 'as-is' condition are not covered by warranty. Items described as such are sold as seen.

FEEDBACK

Positive feedback will be left to winning bidder after we have received feedback from you. We endeavour to leave feedback as soon as possible but sometimes we may be delayed in our response so please allow up to 1 week for feedback to be left.

ITEM CONDITION

Second-user (used) equipment may have signs of general wear and tear or cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, marks, sticker residue etc which, in some cases, may not be visible in the pictures provided. These cosmetic issues do not affect the performance of equipment unless otherwise stated.

If the item has a HD installed, unless otherwise specified the HD will be erased and therefore blank. You will have to install your own OS. Please note there are no other parts included other than whats shown in the photos. We can install an OS for a small charge. All our items are purchased with the knowledge they may need maintenance/updating etc. We cannot and do not guarantee that the parts in the listings are 100% correct, we do not believe in misselling although occasionally items may go out with extra or missing parts. Job lots are sold as seen and returns are not accepted unless under special circumstances. We will always do our best to ensure the item is sent out correctly or any problems rectified as quickly as possible!
