Items will be posted to your PayPal shipping address (if available) within 2 business domestic handling days after clearance of payment. Please ensure that your PayPal shipping address is correct. United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days;
United States, Australia and Canada: 7 to 14 business days;
France, Spain and Italy: takes up to 14 business days;

Usually, all international postage will be posted with Hong Kong Airmail Post Service. Your local post service will continue with the delivery process in your country.  Insurance is optional for all items. However, we do not responsible for any lost or damage of item if insurance is not included.

We certainly combine shipping on multiple orders. All items in our shop are eligible for combined shipping discount. You should see the shipping cost of the first unit and the additional shipping cost for additional unit from the Postage and Packaging Table (Or, Shipping and Handling Table) in each listing. The additional unit which is lower than first unit, includes the combined shipping discount. Usually, you can get this additional unit shipping discount automatically if you are purchasing multiple units from the same listing.

If you are purchasing different items, we usually charge you the sum of (the highest first unit among your purchased items + sum of additional unit of each of the left items). Discount will be calculated automatically when you checkout. However, you need to complete your purchase within 7 days. You can also send us a message and wait for us to revise the invoice for you before payment. If you are unsure about the calculations about combined shipping discount. Feel free to contact us before your purchase.

Free shipping items do not capable for combined shipping discount. However, we offer discount on the item price if you are going to purchase for 11 or more free shipping items. Please contact us before placing your bid.

Atlantic Green Energy warranty's it's LED products against defects due to workmanship or materials but does not cover: bulbs, batteries, rubber grips, damage due to normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, battery leakage, disassembly of parts, scratches to the finish (considered normal wear), or attempted repair. We offer 1 month on all our products.

For wholesale, we accept direct bank payment only.

Generally, we reply emails within 24 hours during weekdays. Response time may take up to 48 hours during weekend or public holiday. We strive to please every customer, and this is why we offer a 30 days (counted from the day we ship your item) return and exchange guarantee on all our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, feel free to contact us first. If you would like, you are more than welcome to return the product to us in its original condition for a exchange.

We would not provide any refunds at all. In Extremely rare case, if we decide to provide refund, there will be 20% Restocking fees and the refund will be store credit only. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please note that shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable. Besides, we will not responsible for the returning shipping fee or any lost during its return. We recommend you to use a carrier service that provides a delivery confirmation number or tracking number. Lights which are used for a purpose other than which they were designed for, or which has been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product or misapplication, misuse, negligence or accident shall not be covered by Atlantic Green Energy.
