Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt, goods must be returned in same condition (not used) in original packaging. We will only refund p&p cost if we are to blame (e.g. wrong advise, faulty item etc.). Strictly no returns on electricals (sensors, switches, relays etc.). Please note – we only accept returns of faulty items after 14 days period.
Please contact us prior to sending anything back to us with your details and invoice number. We recommend that you use recorded delivery.
Faulty items will have to be checked – please be patient as it expertise could take up to 2 weeks in some cases. If no fault is found we reserve the right to recover our costs from you.
