This mask will save a lot of time and effort masking the glazed areas of your 1/48 Revell/Monogram B-17 bomber, prior to painting and make the canopy frames nice and neat. The mask may also be suitable for a B-17F model but that is not guaranteed.

PAYMENT-
We accept online payments made through Paypal (using the Pay Now buttons). You do not need a Paypal account to use this service, you can use your own Debit or Credit Card. 
If you are not paying through Paypal straight away or on receipt of invoice, please inform us immediately. If we don’t hear from a buyer within 4 working days, we will assume they are not paying and file a non-paying bidder report with eBay.
We will accept payment by Bank Transfer, please inform us and request an invoice during checkout, then wait for the invoice before paying. We will include our Bank Details on the invoice.
We will accept Cheques or Postal Orders, please make these payable to “MJW Models”. 
We are also happy for payment to be made in cash for orders collected in person.
Please do not send cash by post.   

If you pay online for multiple items via Paypal using Pay Now Buttons and the actual postal costs are significantly less than paid, we will refund the difference through Paypal. 

POSTAGE-
UK Orders under £13.50 will normally be sent by 2nd Class mail, all other UK post goes by recorded/tracked service for eBay/Paypal policy compliance and security reasons. Overseas Orders - we usually use “Royal Mail International Signed For” service on all orders sent overseas with a value of more than £9.75 or weight more than 300 grams, but for accessory-only orders we will send multiple packages if that is cheaper.
 
We will usually post items within 1-2 working days of cleared payment. Please allow 5 working days for cheque payments to clear. 

OUR PUBLISHED POSTAL CHARGES ARE FOR SINGLE ITEMS.
MULTIPLE ITEMS-
We will combine postage on multiple items. We will pack and weigh items, to work out the estimate and will charge the cheapest recorded post method, including insurance.
Please wait until we send you a COMBINED invoice with the correct total. Alternatively, if you use the Pay Now buttons, we will refund any excess postage paid. 

OVERSEAS buyers please ask us for a quote before buying multiple items. We use “Royal Mail International Signed For” service on all orders sent overseas with a value of more than £9.75 or weight more than 300 grams. Due to the cost, orders containing just accessories or weighing over 2Kg will be sent as multiple packages if that works out cheaper.

MISSING / LATE ITEMS
If your item does not arrive within the estimated delivery times on the listing, it’s always a good idea to check with your local delivery office to see if they have your package before contacting us. That’s because most mail services will keep a parcel at the delivery office for some time if they have been unable to deliver it for some reason. If the recipient does not claim it, they usually return it to the sender.

As a matter of policy, we agree to refund payment in full or offer a replacement for missing items once they are classed as missing by Royal Mail based on the following rules.....

We cannot accept a claim for loss unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (10 working days for Special Delivery™ items)."

This is to allow time for an item to be delivered overseas - it may have been held at a local delivery office in the destination country and be waiting for collection or redelivery if no one was at home to accept the item when delivery was initially attempted. Or the item may not have been delivered for some reason in which case it will be returned to the sender in the UK."

We realise that seems a long time to wait and we don't dispute your right to a refund or replacement if your item does not arrive so we just ask you to please be patient.

PACKAGING / EXTRA PACKAGING
When packing individual kits, we will open the box and wrap the sprues in bubble-wrap. We will then bubble-wrap the outside of the box before enclosing in brown wrapping paper.
For orders of multiple kits where the boxes are the same size we will wrap internally as above, then bind the boxes together with bubble-wrap and then brown paper.
For orders of multiple kits where the box sizes are different, we will not wrap internally as above but place the boxes inside a larger box complete with internal packing to give protection and minimise movement.
These methods usually prevent transit damage but are not guaranteed to. 
If additional packaging is required (enclosing the kit(s) inside another box regardless of number or size) then please request an invoice and tell us that you want extra packaging. This will almost certainly increase the p&p charges as boxes are heavier than bubble-wrap.
Accessories will normally be sent in a padded envelope, but if bought with a kit will be placed inside the kit box.
COLLECTION-
We are happy for people to collect items to avoid postal costs.
If you wish to collect any items from us, please advise us before paying. We will send you an invoice with the correct total and then arrange when you are going to collect and how you will pay.
