Refunds/Exchanges are accepted please send request to us by email. All refund requests must be within 30 working days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, missing or damaged packaging that has to be replaced, will incur a 20% handling charge. Return shipping charges will be at your cost. However if the returns item is verified as faulty after testing we will reimburse you with the cost of the return P&P, up to a maximum cost of the Royal Mail 1st class signed for postage service. All lasers and internal console parts are security marked, due to dishonest customers returning their faulty parts for refund. Any customer who is suspected of this will be e-mailed, given negative feedback and reported to eBay. Any refund requested will be less the eBay FVF and the P&P costs we incurred to originally dispatch the item to you.
