SHIPPING TIME
Thank you for your interest in Hooy_B.
The aim is to ship all orders within 24 hours, or sooner, of cleared payment during weekday (excluding bank holidays) but please note that standard deliveries are not guaranteed with first class taking 1-3 working days for delivery and second class taking 2-5 working days. Please note that delivery may also take up to 15 working days in extreme cases.
There is also special delivery postage which is a guaranteed next working day delivery service and orders are dispatched via buyer's chosen delivery method.
PAYMENT DETAILS
All payments must be paid in full and completed within 48 hours of the purchase. If payment is not received within 48 hours, an unpaid item case will be opened and an unpaid buyer strike received. Any questions, please message before purchasing or bidding.
POSTAGE DETAILS / DISCOUNT
Please add all items to basket before checking out for any postage reductions / special offers / discounts to apply.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please return any unopened item within 60 days of the date of your receipt of your order. Please note, all items are checked thoroughly before dispatch. If an item is returned damaged, a refund will not be given. No returns on jewellery.
Buyer is responsible for postage costs. Please obtain proof of postage and include a brief note in your package with your name, ebay id and reason for return. Please ensure all items are returned in the original condition with the original tags / seals still in place.
Items must not be returned back with animal hair, smelling of cooking/cigarette/perfume odours or any other smell (such items will not be refunded). Please allow up to one week, of delivery to Hooy_B of the returned item, for your refund to be processed.
Upon receiving your item, please do leave positive feedback and 5 star ratings. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please do not hesitate to contact Hooy_B first for a solution.
