Please note: We sell used mobile phones which are split into various cosmetic condition groups as outlined below, our handsets do not come with the box/manual or any other accessories unless otherwise stated in the description.

Phone Grades: (cosmetic condition)


Refurbished

These mobile phones have been fully examined, tested and refurbished to the highest standard including new cases fitted which cosmetically brings them up to an as new standard.



Used Grade A


We have judged these used mobile phones to be in good condition. Keypads, covers and housing will be in good overall condition, may show light scratches and a minimal amount of wear from everyday use.



Used Grade B


These used mobile phones will show a few more signs of wear than the Grade A counterparts and will have more visible scratches or wear related to heavier use of the mobile phone.



Used Grade C


These used mobile phones will contain heavy signs of wear and tear which may include deeper scratches, blemishes and be cosmetically in poor condition. This grade of phone is heavily used and does include increased amount of scratches and wear however it won't affect the functionality of the phone.
