GASTOS DE ENVIO
Los envíos nacionales se realizarán por agencia de transporte nacional urgente a excepción de Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla y Andorra donde se realizará el envío a través de Correos Paquete Azul.
Los envíos internacionales serán enviados por Correos en la modalidad de Paquete Internacional Prioritario.
Si necesita saber precio en otra forma de envío, no dude en consultarnos.
PLAZOS DE ENTREGA
- El plazo de entrega de los productos será de 1 a 3 días para productos que estén en stock en nuestro almacén, según la opción elegida de envío. Y para los productos que no dispongamos de stock en nuestro almacén se informará siempre del plazo de entrega aproximado, que oscila entre 3 y 7 días, siempre a contar desde la confirmación del pedido.
- El plazo se computará sobre días laborables (de lunes a viernes no festivos).
- El plazo de entrega para Canarias cuando se realice por PAQUETE AZUL de Correos se le tendrá que añadir unos 5 días más, y para Ceuta y Melilla de 3 a 5 días, siempre hábiles.
- Los plazos de entrega indicados son orientativos.
- En el caso que existiera alguna ruptura de stock o indisponibilidad puntual, procederíamos a informarte de inmediato y te daríamos un nuevo plazo de entrega o, si no fuera posible servirte dicho producto, proceder a su anulación.
- En cualquier caso, un retraso en la entrega respecto los plazos indicados no dará derecho al cliente a exigir indemnización alguna.
DEVOLUCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO
Si no queda satisfecho con los artículos, dentro de los 7 días siguientes a la recepción puede efectuar el cambio o devolución de las compras efectuadas. Antes de nada tiene que informar vía e-mail a tienda@motoclassicparts.com y nosotros le comunicaremos la forma para tramitar la devolución. NO SE ACEPTARA NINGUNA DEVOLUCION QUE NO HAYA SIDO PREVIAMENTE AUTORIZADA.
Indispensable en toda devolución:
· Mandar un correo electrónico a tienda@motoclassicparts.com, indicando su nombre, n º de pedido, motivo de la devolución y el núm. de albarán. Todos estos datos los encontrará en el albarán de entrega de la mercancía. Es indispensable informar de estos datos, sea cual sea el motivo, para poder autorizar la devolución.
· Que los productos conserven los embalajes originales, no desprecintados y perfectamente cerrados.
· El artículo a devolver deberá estar correctamente embalado para su devolución.
Condiciones que pueden provocar una devolución:
1.- Si el producto que ha pedido no le satisface.
Puede devolverlo a través de cualquier medio de transporte a portes pagados, se devolverá solo el importe del producto y en caso de que hubiera sido enviado a portes debidos, se descontará el coste de los portes del importe a devolver.
2.- Si el producto es defectuoso de origen.
Una vez Motoclassicparts-web haya recepcionado el producto defectuoso, te enviará otro. En este caso el cambio se efectuará siempre por el mismo artículo o referencia. Solamente te será facturado el primer envío, haciéndose cargo Motoclassicparts-web de los portes correspondientes a la devolución y nuevo envío.
3.- Producto que, por error, no responde al del pedido.
Motoclassicparts-web correrá con los gastos de recogida del producto equivocado y entrega del correspondiente al del pedido realizado.
NOTA: No realizaremos ningún reenvío de mercancía mientras no se haya verificado la recepción y estado de embalaje y accesorios del artículo objeto de la devolución o cambio en nuestros almacenes. En las devoluciones nunca se abonarán los gastos de envío, costes de contra reembolso, etc. que se hubiesen generado en la compra inicial.
No procederá el derecho de desistimiento fuera del plazo indicado.

DELIVERY COSTS
National Shipments will be made by national express transport with the exception of Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and Andorra, where the shipments will be by Correos Paquete Azul.
International shipments will be made by Correos, in the mode of Packet International Priority.

DELIVERY TIMES

RETURNING PRODUCTS

Returning conditions:

· The products must have the original sealing intact.
· The item to return must be wrapped properly, to be sent back.
The conditions that can cause a change are the following:
1.- If the product you have ordered does not please you.
You can return the product through any means of transport freight prepaid, it will return only the amount of the product and if they had been sent to postage due, shall be deducted the cost of postage to return the amount.
2.- If the product is faulty from the beginning.
Once Motoclassicparts-web has received the faulty item, another one will be sent. In this case the change will always be for the same item or reference. You will only pay for the first shipping and Motoclassicparts-web will be in charge of paying the return and the new shipping.
3.- Product that by mistake, does not correspond to the order.
Motoclassicparts-web will pay for the expenses to pick up the wrong item and send the correct one.
IMPORTANT: Motoclassicparts.com will not send the new article until the returned article has not been received and the packaging has been verified in our warehouse. In the case of returns never will be paid the postage cost, cost of against reimbursement, that had been generated in the initial purchase.
