Conditions of use (the only bit of small print)

1) Be a married couple or living together for a min. 3 years.
2) Be between the ages of 30 - 70.
3) Not be traveling as part of a group (2 or more affiliated couples).
4) Be employed with a combined minimum income of £27,000 per year.
5) Be a home owner.
6) Hold at least one major credit card.
7) If retired have a pension of at least £15,000 per year.
8) Not be current members of, or recently attended a promotional offer at any of the above resorts.
9) Attend a short 90 minute presentation about the benefits of being a resort member. With no obligation to purchase anything.

No documentation is required to show proof of meeting criteria, except an identity document such as passport, identity card or drivers license upon arrival at resort.

Refusal to attend the presentation during your stay or you have knowingly broken the conditions of stay, the resort reserves the right to charge full room rates of up to the 7 nights booked along with any other charges you incurred during your stay. **Please note ALL resorts are NOT valid for 2 weeks around Xmas (13th Dec to 3rd Jan).

Q. Who are Asia Rewards Holidays ?
A. Asia Rewards Holidays is the ONLY official eBay seller of promotional holidays. We are the actual service provider for all the holidays that we advertise, this means we offer you a full booking service and will not pass you to the resort or another 3rd party to process your booking. From making a purchase, right through to making a booking, we do all the work for you !

Q. This sounds too good to be true, are there any hidden costs ? Where's the catch ?
A. This may sound too good to be true but what you see is what you get ! Providing that you qualify under the above conditions of use the only catch is that you attend a small presentation during your stay. There are no hidden booking fees, all you pay is the cost of the winning bid.

Q. What dates do I need to take this holiday ? 
A. There are no specific dates to take this holiday, all dates are available including school holidays, with the exception of Xmas/New year (13th Dec to 3rd Jan).

Q. Does the offer include flights & transfers ?
A. No, offer is for accommodation only and does not include flights & transfers.

Q. Do I have to confirm dates or make a booking prior to bidding ?
A. No, this is a buy-now use later offer, this means that you can purchase the voucher now and book dates later. During the peak holiday periods we do ask that you confirm dates and flight details a minimum 14 days before your planned arrival. Should you fail to give at least 14 days notice we will be unable to hold your accommodation.

Q. Can I choose which resort I will be staying in ?
A. No !  Please note this offer is not a choice travel certificate, your resort will be allocated to you at the time of booking only. You can request a resort however, we are not able to guarantee you a specific resort at time of purchase.  We have found in the past that the large majority of our clients do get there 1st requested resort.

Q. Does the offer come with flights & transfers ?
A. No ! This is an accommodation only offer and does not include flights and airport transfers.

Q. The age requirement states 30 - 70. I am 30 but my partner is only 28, do we still qualify ?
A. No, unfortunately both partners must be a minimum 30 years to participate in the promotion.

Q. Can the resort accommodate children ?
A. Yes, they will accommodate upto 3 children.

Q. Can I purchase 2 holidays and bring our friends ?
A. No, the offer is strictly unavailable to groups (2 or more affiliated couples) with only a maximum of 3 children (under 16) permitted. You can however buy the holiday for friends and family providing they adhere to the conditions of use and are NOT traveling with other voucher holders.

Q. Is there a specific check in day ?
A. Yes, check in day must be Friday.

Q. I am a single but I intend to travel with a friend, do we still qualify ?
A. No, unfortunately you must be a couple either married or living together. Promotion is not available to single persons.

Q. If I purchase the 7 night holiday, is it possible of me to stay for only 5 or 6 nights ?
A. Yes, you are not required to attend the full 7 days if you do not wish however, you must still attend the presentation on your given day.

Q. Attend an introductory presentation about the benefits of being a resort member ?  Whats it all about ? Hope its not high pressure sales ?
A. The presentation is not high pressure at all.  It is compulsory to attend however, there is no obligation to purchase anything or enter into any contract. There is only one presentation to attend which is carried out during one morning of your holiday.  The rest of your stay you will be left alone to enjoy !
