These modules have a 5V driver board and a heavy duty heat-sink for semi-continuous operation.

Operation

The diode head should not normally be disconnected from the driver board (the diode is very sensitive to static and any accumulated charge in the power supply). Power should be supplied via the red and black cables. The driver board that is supplied with this laser will power a red laser head. The white cables give optional TTL control for both heads (connect the wires together to blank the laser, the centre white wire (ground) will pull the others low).

SHIPPING

Standard Delivery
For standard delivery we send Royal Mail First Class or Airmail. The Royal Mail count items missing 14 working days after posting for the UK or 25 days for Airmail, after this time we can send replacement items.
We keep a posting certificate for all shipments but there is no tracking available for standard delivery and we cannot check shipping until after these time limits.
Guaranteed Priority Delivery
Please use Recorded Delivery or International Signed for guaranteed delivery. Shipping is given priority by the Royal Mail and a tracking number is available in case of any delay.
Combined Shipping
We will cap shipping at £5 for UK orders and £10 for international orders; if this total does not show in your basket we will refund any excess paid when we process your order.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with any product you can return it.
1. If it is faulty we will send a replacement and refund your shipping (based on our original shipping charge).

Stock Availability

Faulty or Damaged Goods
(1) Although all stock is checked before shipping occasionally damage occurs in transit. In these circumstances we will replace the defective item. It must be returned in original condition complete with all parts supplied using the most economical recorded shipping method.
(2) If the delivery appears to have been damaged in transit please retain the original packing for a possible claim against the carrier. We will provide a credit note for your reasonable shipping costs. Please notify us by e-mail before shipping so we can reserve a replacement item or advise you if the item is no longer available. Returns must be made within 2 weeks.

Unwanted Items or Change of Mind
(1) If you decide the item is not what you want on arrival you may return it at your expense and we will accept it back into stock provided it is in the original saleable condition, subject to reasonable inspection.
(2) We will refund the item cost excluding shipping charges.

Exclusions and Limitations
We cannot accept returns for laser diodes if the antistatic packaging has been opened due to their static-sensitive nature.
Items that have been disassembled, modified or abused cannot be returned.
