Returns Policy Here at Gamecycle we pride ourselves on customer service and we want to be sure you are completely happy with your purchase. Undelivered Goods In the event of an order not arriving check with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the order and with your local postal sorting office, who may have held the order even if they have not left a card. If your order has still not arrived after allowing the recommended delivery timescales, please contact us and we will investigate the matter further. Customers have up to 21 days from the date of dispatch to report an undelivered order; beyond that point Gamecycle will be unable to help. Unwanted / Exchanged Goods Under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations we will accept orders for return or exchange up to 10 days after the date of the receipt. If you would like to return an order for a refund or exchange you must first contact us in writing (letter or e-mail) for a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number and full details of our returns procedure. Please note RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issue, and goods returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Returned goods must be in the same original unopened œas new condition as when they were dispatched, therefore we strongly advise all customers to ensure they have the correct product for their requirements before opening the packaging. Returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been returned to Gamecycle. We therefore recommend that any returned goods are returned in an adequately strong box (not a ˜Jiffy™ envelope), and posted with sufficient postal insurance/recorded delivery. Goods that are returned simply because they are unwanted will be subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 15% of the total value of the sale to cover the original postage, administration and returns handling. Customers who decide to return unwanted goods must use an appropriate postage method and do so at their own cost. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund the value of the order item(s), excluding the original postage costs, within 7 days of their receipt. Damaged or faulty goods Orders which are received either damaged or incomplete must be notified to Gamecycle by telephone and in writing with 48 hours of delivery, so that we can arrange either a refund or replacement item. Goods that are faulty on arrival should be returned to Gamecycle within 10 days of their arrival, once these goods have been returned and the fault confirmed we will arrange a replacement or refund.
