Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal, the fastest and safest way to pay. To make payment by Postal Order or Cheque please contact us for more details.
Payment must be made within 7 days. After 7 days we will presume the order is no longer required and an unpaid item case will be opened.
Please get in touch if you wish to return an item for any reason and we can guide you through the process best suited to your problem.
Please return any unwanted items, in original condition, within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund your payment in full, excluding postage costs.
If the items you received have been sent in error, arrived damaged or not as described then please contact us before leaving any feedback. We will be happy to dispatch a replacement item or to arrange a refund.
Items should be returned using second class post and a free proof of postage should be obtained from the post office. Please include a note of your user id with any returned items to enable us to process your refund without delay.
PLEASE NOTE: All items must be paid for in one transaction to receive our POSTAGE DISCOUNT. We will not refund postage once it has been paid, so please ensure you only pay once for all the items you have committed to buy. Picture sizes are not to scale. The colour or shade of some items delivered may be different from pictured due to screen resolution. The style or design of the some items delivered to you may be different from pictured due to stock availability. Headpins and Eyepins may need to be straightened with pliers before use.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours from receipt of payment (excluding weekends).
We dispatch all UK items via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard, we also offer alternative services. We offer combined postage discounts on all of our items, so the more you buy the more you save.
Very occasionally items do go missing in the postal system. If you have not received your item within 10 working days please let us know and a replacement will be dispatched. Orders will be dispatched to the address given on your PayPal account, please make sure your delivery address is correct at the point of purchase.
Please allow additional time for delivery during Bank holidays and Christmas holidays, delays are common during these periods.
