If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, please return your order to us within 14 days for a no questions asked refund.
What if the item is not working?
Please be aware that Transcend have a 0.03% returns ratio. Most problems can be easily resolved by contacting us at techsupport@emaxstore.co.uk. However, as is the nature of electronic goods, from time to time faults can and do occur. Occasionally, goods can also arrive faulty. Dead on arrival (DOA) or faulty goods will be replaced out under the manufacturers warranty or money refunded. However, we must be advised of DOA items within 14 working days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
Do I just post it back to you?
No. Please contact techsupport@emaxstore.co.uk in the first instance quoting your Order Ref. No. and eBay User Name. We will then issue you with an RMA Returns No. and correct returns address details. Any goods returned without a valid RMA Returns No. will not be processed. Additionally, Customer Services also know the common problems associated with Transcend products and may well be able to provide help without needing to return your order.
Do you pay returns postage?
Apart from DOA item(s), it is the customers responsibility at all times to pay for and ship item(s) back to us. If the item(s) are found to be faulty within 14 working days of purchase, we will refund the return postage cost up to the maximum value of a first class, large letter stamp.
What if I have ordered the wrong item(s)?
As above, within 14 working days please contact our customer service department for a valid RMA Returns No. If unopened, we will issue you with a refund minus any postal charges incurred by us. Unwanted items must be returned to us with all parts and accessories complete. All goods returned and found to be fully functional will be subject to our standard 25% re-stocking fee.
How do I obtain a refund?
Please contact us at techsupport@emaxstore.co.uk within 14 working days for a valid RMA Returns No. If unopened, we will issue you with a full refund minus any postal charges incurred by us. Unwanted Items must be returned to us with all parts and accessories complete. |
