  • Do you know how your USB connection Works?
    For your PC to see the duplicator you need to activate the USB port. First you need to check if the option is already activated from the advanced menu, to do this follow these steps:
  • select Menu USB Connection
  • turn it to ON and press ENT

    • The duplicator will automatically reboot, please alow the duplicator to finish the process and do NOT use it until the process is completed.
    If you cannot see Menu: USB Connection that means it's not actived yet from the ADVANCED MENU.
    To do this, follow the next steps:
    Press and hold for more then 3 sec the ESC button and a new menu will appear: Menu 13 (Adv Menu).
    In this menu you need to find Submenu: USB Options and switch it to ON.
    When this process is done, press ESC button once to return to the main menu.
    Now you will see an extra option: Menu: USB Connection.
    This beeing complete you will need to follow the first steps from the tutorial to switch the USB Connection to ON.
    Please be advised that once you activate the USB Connection, in stand alone mode, your Duplicator machine will not see or use the last/buttom burner for duplication.
A groundbreaking optical disc technology that will last for more than a thousand years, M-DISC duplicators and media provide an innovative way to write data once and read forever. Unlike ordinary discs that use organic dyes to keep data, M-DISC utilizes stable and heat-resistant chemical materials where information cannot be overwritten, erased, or corrupted by natural deterioration. Regular CD and DVD lasers cannot successfully etch information to the patented inorganic and synthetic materials used with M-DISC.

Optional Performance
The M-DISC duplicator is designed to copy onto M-DISC blank media along with standard CD and DVD blank media. Additionally, the top-quality M-DISC system eliminates common problems caused by previous drive/disc interactions. Performance is enhanced when the M-DISC duplicator etches data onto M-DISC media extremely sharp and clear to enable current CD and DVD players to read the finished discs without a problem.

Laser-Etching Data
Etching the rock-hard data layer encased in the M-DISC requires more power than what's found in a typical optical disc drive. The combination of an optimized laser and optical system with unique, control algorithms in the M-DISC duplicator allows rigorous performance-driven digital data etching into "stone".

Durability
While the M-DISC duplicator probably won't last as long as the well-preserved data on the M-DISC media, the durable build of the M-DISC duplicator should still outlast most other optical disc drives and duplicators. With an Anti-Dust design, the chassis insulation aids in the protection of the drive's internal components from dust and small particles that can hinder the drive's operability and lifespan.

Functionality
Preserving data for the ages should not be a difficult task, and the M-DISC duplicator reflects that philosophy. An easy-to-use LCD display controller interface and standalone operation means no computer or software is required to operate by any type of level user.

  • Primarily European Union, also worldwide (depending on shipping limitations). We do NOT ship to P.O. (post office) boxes. Please inquire additional shipping fees and alternate shipping address requests via e-mail ebay@duplicator4all.com.
  • Buyer pays for shipping, unless already included in the item price. Shipping is non-refundable. Usual processing time after receiving customer order is 24 to 48 hours (orders can be delayed depending on stock availability). Most orders placed on normal business days ship out that same business day, if not, the very next business day.

  • We do not ship to P.O. (post office) Boxes.

Return Policy
  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. To request an RMA number, please e-mail rma@duplicator4all.com. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back at the customer's own expense. An RMA number is valid for 14 days from the issued date. The product must be sent in ALL the original packaging, including the box(es) with the original EAN codes, manuals, all other accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer..
  • ALL returns for refunds/exchanges must be made within 14 business days from the invoice date.
  • DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to us within 14 business days from the invoice date, at our discretion, for credit, replacement, exchange, or repair. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 30% penalty. ANY returns, defective or non-defective returns, received not in "like new condition" and missing original materials, i.e., original box, packaging material, accessories, etc., are subject to a 30% restocking fee. After 14 business days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
  • The customer pays for the shipping for all returns back to us. We recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. We are not responsible for any damages to the product during shipment. We ship back returns to the customer via UPS Ground in EU countries. The customer must pay for shipping both ways for countries outside EU.
  • If merchandise arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for us to file a claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection. If you do not notify us of all damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our normal return policy will override any claim of damage, and the merchandise will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
  • Expected turn-around time for all exchanges is 30 days. Although we will strive to process claims within 4 to 5 business days, shortage of inventory, overload, or other circumstances may delay the process.
  • RMA number must be visible on all return shipments; otherwise, it may be refused and returned back to you. A copy of the invoice must be included in returning package.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All sales for blank media, including, but not limited to CD, DVD, LightScribe, Blu-ray, are FINAL.
